-25 percent of local groups  had a full or part time staff to carry out many of tasks

-1970's & 1980's created 400 groups dedicated to drunk driving

-Organization of MAAD

Purpose

-Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is now firmly embedded in the conscious map of our day to day positivists

 and social worlds. The efforts of activists in this movement organization have captured the imagination

of the print and electronic  media. As a result the personal tragedies of many of these activities are widely known.

-Late 1970's and early 1980's created more than 400 groups dedicated to erudition.
