I choose a video from my organizations
GRIP outreach for youth website. In the video it shows children reading statistics
about the fatherless generation. It starts with the words fatherless in the
beginning then cuts to children read the statistics. Then the video cuts to
fatherless again and shows the children saying you can make a difference so
they don’t have to deal with certain consequences of a fatherless childhood. At the end of the video it shows a verse from
the bible and the website you can visit.
I feel like this resource will be
helpful in both my proposal and my presentation. It could work well in my
presentation because it pretty much sums up what my organizations mission is. It
would also work well because it depicts the different children who are affected
by growing up fatherless. It would work well
with my proposal because I could use some of the statistics in the video in my
paper. It can also help back up how important it is to have a father in a
child’s life.
